There are a lot of clichés surrounding winning. "Winning is everything." Or, "Winning isn’t everything – it is the only thing." Or, "Life is more fun when you win." What assumption do all of these phrases make? They all assume we know what winning is.
What is winning?
That is very important to know when playing any game. You have to know the object. You have to know the parameters by which success or victory is measured.
This seems like a fundamental truth; yet it is very rarely applied to business. And even rarer still to apply this concept to your business website.
