How Our Online "Live" Events Work

You’ll see live examples on your screen, because of my webcam and even have the ability to ask questions throughout the event. (And it doesn’t matter if you’re on a Mac or PC – this amazing new broadcasting method will allow you access to this cutting edge information from practically any computer.)

Because you might not be familiar with this new broadcasting technology…we wanted to take a couple of minutes to explain HOW the “Live” broadcast works so you can get the most from it!

Here’s how it works:
1. You sign up for the broadcast via the appropriate webpage

2. You will receive a confirmation email from Granison Shines with the following details:
A. The LINK to the “Live” Broadcast (AUDIO & VIDEO)

NOTE: In order to get both AUDIO and VIDEO for the broadcast, you MUST have speakers on your computer. You WILL NOT need a webcam of any sort.

3. When you click the link to view the broadcast, you may have to download a small Active X program that enables you to view the video and ask us questions. This is a SAFE program to allow on your computer.

Make sure you ALLOW the program to download AND tell your firewall software that it’s okay for the program to access the Internet (create a rule if needed).

4. If this is your first time on a “Live” Broadcast, make sure you click the broadcast link at least 10-15 minutes BEFORE the broadcast starts so you can download the software and get your firewall software straight.

DO NOT WAIT until 2 minutes before the broadcast to do this because we can’t give tech support on the phone right before the broadcast is starting.
