Hey there!! I was told by one of my mentors that “Great Leaders systematize everything!” And you know what, he was right. If you ever have an opportunity to perform a study on any “Great Leader” you will find that systemization was a critical component in their long-term success.
Over the next several weeks, I am going to explain a system which I developed to help myself and others learn the necessary skills to be “Great Leaders”. What I am going to share with you should be true for any training in which you partake, but for the following points NOT to be in your future Leadership Development deployments would be disastrous. I would seriously re-evaluate the validity of the system and the training organization.
